Window Leak

We're still having problems with our windows in the new house. I entered the dinning room only to step into a puddle of water. Both corners of the dinning and living room bay windows are leaking in water! And whats worse is that the ceiling of the window bay area is getting damp, a problem that Barratts meant to have fixed!

So I've cloth dangling down from the window sill to drip water into 2 buckets on the floor! For both the living and dinning room!

I will be on the phone to Barratt's tomorrow!
