Hoe Streaming

It doesn't look like much, does it, but this little stream is going to cause traffic gridlock for the next 6 months as a bridge over it is widened. Now apparently this could have been done by a series of short-lived road closures but it was felt that would cause too much disruption. As if closing the entire road for six months solid is not going to be disturbing.
