Advice II ...

Mind still churning today, not helped by a number of rude emails. I think I did remarkably well not to send rude replies nor a picture of my backside with "Kiss it" written on (btw I didn't actually write that on my butt - the mirror made it hard to judge the lettering...)

So the advice I was given... help me people... good or bad?
