Forever ago

Today is my first blip. My sister and brother-in-law already have one, and I love looking through snap shots of people's lives.

I'm a born and bred city girl. I love the buzz of Glasgow, the idea that at any time - I can throw on clothes and hit the town. But there's something about the ocean, and the cliffs of Southerndown standing against the constant beat, the weight of the ocean forcing those rocks to be vulnerable. But they're not. They have bore the brunt of the furious sea before time was. Standing everstrong,

All that energy, the unstoppable force against the immovable object. Even if technically speaking, it does at least deteriorate. Slowly. Those cliffs will still be there long after I'm gone, and now, so will these pieces of my life.

It's thoughts like that that give me peace.
