New Growth

The buds are beginning to pop up on many bushes and trees which is --hopefully--a very sure telltale sign of spring on the way. In this part of the US I will add as certainly not true of the Midwest and eastern parts!

Thanks for all the nice comment on the Heron--it's one of my favorite birds. I'm pampering a dull headache today but managed a thirty minute walk with the dogs and they were thrilled. Not with my slow motion stuff but with getting a romp at the dog park plus numerous nasty sniff greetings and a few ear pulls and chases.

The weekend is approaching quickly--rah rah!
