Disarming

I didn't know until last year how many weapons are lying around in swiss flats as swiss guys have to keep their army weapon at home. Right now they are thinking about changing this. At first more people were for the change but people in favor of keeping them at home seem to be getting more. Maybe due to posters like this (weapon monopol for criminals?)
Appparently the disarming initiative is "un-swiss".
Where the one half says weapons at home make it easy for somebody to kill himself, the others say: if you want to kill yourself and have no weapon at home you can also jump in front of a train which will traumatize other people for ages.

I think nobody should have a weapon anyway. Unfortunately mankind won't change.
