Early post today because my friends from England are due to visit us this afternoon. They head back to dear old Blighty tomorrow.

Sad to say, their last full day in northeast Florida has been atrocious weatherwise. It has been raining most of the time and steady rain. However, it did ease off slightly around midday, enabling me to get out take a photograph.

I had an idea in mind before I set out but that didn't quite pan out. But I fired off several other shots and this one of a palm reflected in a puddle on Cherry Street was the best of the bunch.

At least the weather has made my friends feel at home. :-)
