Those are some shit decorations round here. Quite literally. It seems that people are quite happy to pick up after their dog fouls the pavement but it is too much effort to put it in the bin. Instead they just lob the bags into a tree. It's not often that I see things that leave me speechless these days but WTF! What motivates folk to do this?
