What's that important that you need to be in the office at 4 o'clock on a Sunday?

Went all of last year with no holiday all work, digging foundations, filling skips, building, fitting doors, windows, kitchen, not to many problems.
Have a few weekends off and today I can hardly move because of a sore back.
Writing this flat out on the floor. Went for a walk but that seems to have made it worse.
