Lines of moss

Another grey and dull day with rain in the air. I tried a slightly different route for my lunchtime walk today and ended up paddling through lots of mud. Not the most picturesque of walks - highlights were a partially consumed rat and an abandoned buggy overgrown by foliage. Don't think I'll go that way again!

My picture today is of rows of moss growing on the mortar of a garden wall. I liked the regular rows of soft green mounds.
