Two Little Gulls

Bit of an speedy blip today. Headed down to the river with 2 slices of stale bread in my pocket to lure some birds. Sure enough there were plenty of mallard ducks and lots of little gulls that were easily attracted. Bit of a feeding frenzy followed and I got some mad shots with about a dozen birds all hoping for the same bit of bread. But in the end decided on this more relaxed picture of two little gulls standing on some rocks in the river after their snack.

A grey overcast day here with no sun and a hint of winter back in the air. Hope we don't get more snow!
