Result of Multi-tasking!
One day to go and I was given the task of cooking a lunch!
The roast veg normally look browned; some how they became black! At first glance they look like BBQ Ribs sadly not.
The beef was perfect so I believe 10 out of 10 for my efforts, the vegetables are optional anyway!
