Butter wouldn't melt in her mouth

A quiet day on the blip front, so I have resorted to my trusty back-up. She may look like an angelic 6 month old pup, but she is currently digging up my back garden.

I have no idea how I am going to tackle the mess she has made this winter. Every time it rains, the little holes that she has dug fill up with water, which makes the problem even worse because she then plays in the 'muddy puddles' and comes back in with the same 'butter wouldn't melt' look on her face.
