One day....

Two losing lottery tickets I bought in Spain on the 26th of January, for the next day's draw. At least you can buy them there. In Norway you need a registered player's card to play the lottery (the card alone cost twice as much as the pair of Spanish tickets). I applied for mine on January 7, and it sat in a post office while I was in Spain and has now been sent back to the lottery office. In Spain if you're lucky you win some money on the lottery, in Norway if you're lucky you can maybe play the lottery.
