Texting????

A lovely day and its out for a walk round the Arts Centre looking for something for today. This young girl was sitting on the grass obviously enjoying the last moments of sunshine for the day and from a distance it looked like she was reading a book. I thought htis was lovely, its not often you see a younger person enjoying the pleasure of a book in such a fantastic setting. It appealed to me so much I stole a shot as my blip.

When I got home I realised that she was actually texting on her cellphone. Boy do I look stupid now.

Its such a shame the the youth of today feel its so important to text each other ever other minute and fail to enjoy time to themselves with a book or just there own thoughts. Our world is changing fast and Im not sure its for the better........
