We had a visitor at work today, quite a small one as you can see ;-) If you have really good eyesight you'll make out he arrived and left in a 'mountain buggy'.

Max is the son of a colleague on parental leave. Watching Max explore with delight and joy made me realise what living in the moment is like.

A great example to us all, live in the moment.
