Liken Lichen

Another in the lichen series here...to get this one I almost fell down an embankment---darn lousy knees! But anything for a blip and the tripod saved me form losing all balance. Used my macro lens and stopped alongside the roadway close to part of my bus route... not in the bus mind you but later in my car! I store areas to go back to that I pass each day and think..."ah ..that might be a good place to blip or such nonsense and file it away. Today I actually went back and explored a tad.

A sunny day here but cold. However no where near as chilly as pts. east and here's to hope all your power stays on tonight and the predicted storms are not nearly as bad as the hype.
