Aluminium or Stainless Steal?
Despite hearing stories about it before, it was only last night that I decided to look up whether or not reusing plastic bottles can pose any serious health hazards. Unfortunately it does as the chemicals from the plastic can leech into the water, which means within these past few years I was more or less slowly killing myself as I was ignorant of this fact.
So today I switched over to using a metal bottle, which came with my first laptop as a promotional item a few years ago, but I am not sure if it is made of aluminium or stainless steal. But since I am only using it for water, it shall be fine for the time being even if it is made from aluminium. Putting any acidic substances in a aluminium bottle can cause leeching of aluminium into the substance.
Some people are claiming too much aluminium can cause Alzheimer's while some say it does not. So just to be safe, you are better off reusing bottles made from either glass a stainless steal, but stainless steal would be your best bet.
