That's a lot of dairy for a Tuesday

Over a kilo in fact.

No matter what mood you're in. If you beat cream cheese and mascarpone with eggs and a touch of sugar--even lemon zest if you fancy it--you can make the base for a cheesecake.

So that's what I did.
