Hanging downy

Got a few shots this lunch time during a brief brightening of the crappy weather. Not great light for photographing birds on the feeders today.

This is a female downy woodpecker chomping on some suet.

Freezing rain today and tomorrow... maybe more snow and some rain saturday... I am so fed up with the crappy weather... I need to get outisde... and for longer than it takes to walk from the car to somewhere...
