Lewis the Wunderdog

This is our Westie, Lewis, newly shorn and bathed. He is a really good dog despite not being particularly good at following instructions (like "here", "sit", "down" - anything really). What I love about Lewis is that he loves us, in the way that only dogs can really love their owners (you know, like Doug in "Up") Pure, unadulterated, luuuurrrrvveee.

He lets Callum pull at him - in places that no wee dog should ever be pulled at. He lets Ella put stuff on his head and he lets Hannah and I occasionally forget to give him his tea (until about eight o'clock, then he really starts to grumble). He even allows me to make him wear a ridiculous spotty bandana - which he quite clearly only tolerates because of the fuss I made of him when we bought it. He likes going for walks and will happily plowter around the garden for hours on end.

He is a very, very good dog.
