Castle Colour Contrast

The renovated Great Hall stands our starkly against the typically heavy deep grey winter sky and the adjacent much more weather-worn castle buildings.

The colour contrast from the point where I took the photo was quite marked. It was a bit like a beacon on such a grey day.
