Godfather of Soul R.I.P.

Well, he may have been a flawed human being, but he certainly had a way with a funky tune and a shimmy...

I'm delighted to have seen him perform at T in the Park a couple of years ago, and he was a master showman as ever. He told us the only move he didn't do anymore was the splits which at 70 odd, I think is reasonable!

Apparently he'd very much enjoyed a fish supper before he came on. Welcome to Scotland!
