Overhead Pipe @ Night

My goal here was to try and make a decent image out of a bad capture.
Probably the most heavy use of Photoshop sense I've been a lil' blipper.
A total experiment!
That's all I can say,
with fingers crossed.

Just posted this, and as happens more often than I like,
the colors are not as intense on my computer.
But when viewed on the web (e.g. Blipfoto),
the colors are too intense, even for me,
and I really like intense/bright colors!
Help, any ideas what to do?
Maybe calibrate my computer display?
