Chinese Steamed Cupcakes

Easing back into another work week is not an easy thing to do unless you are making Chinese steamed cupcakes later that night. After dinner courtesy of my dad, I did an invigorating P90X workout with Thao, Tham and Kim. Lastly, in preparation to the Lunar New Year, my mom made faat go which are treats made from rice flour. These cupcakes symbolize prosperity and success. My mom got the recipe from her sister who knows all the good recipes for the traditional Chinese treasures.
