Size Matters

Took a short-cut through this alleyway on my way through town this afternoon, and it appears that congratulations are in order to Derek; if this message is true, he must be the tallest lad in his class. (I'm almost certain that's what it's referring to).

If only Derek's apostrophes were as keenly observed as his size, there'd be no stopping him in life. Sadly, I suspect that career as a Booker Prize winning novelist may prove to be ultimately elusive. But still, all is not lost; you can't keep a big man down for long.
