Idalou Water Tower.

I have to confess to having blipped the Idelou Water Tower before, with a nice rippled sky. However, I kinda liked the sky so much this morning, that I thought, HEY - It's a valid blip, it's early in the day, I don't have to wrack my brains thinking what to blip all day. And I just jolly well like the photo. So there it is. A few points for execution I hope, non for originality.
