Music and Mozart

Well the mask isn't really Mozart but it reminds me of him - well of the film Amadeus because it's like the masks used on the poster advertising the film. I actually bought this mask and hat a few years ago when I visited Venice because of the film. I also bought a lovely swishy velvet cloak - just in case I ever wanted to swish about in a swishy velvet cloak and have surprisingly found several occasions to do so - but that's safely hidden away! The mask sits, pride of place, guarding my cds and occasionally scaring unsuspecting visitors.

This morning while listening to some music - sadly not Mozart though that would have made this a better story - the mask caught my attention and I thought it might be a fun subject to play about with the macro again as it's miserable out and I really can't be bothered with the cold. Still not sure I'm really getting it but I guess practice makes perfect!
