New England Perfect
This is a picture of my first day on the job. That's right. In a neck brace I went to my job nannying for two boys. I went with Momma S and A for a beautiful walk through the neighborhood and loved getting to see the lovely piles of snow, icicles, and trenches through the piles! It was so nice to be doing something that I absolutely enjoyed AND I was making money for it. I think we've finally decided what we're doing for the rest of the money. tell you more about that in Sunday's post.
Here are 5 things I am thankful for:
1) Lady A and my friend B from Berlin bringing me injury treats, and EV, whom I love.
2) Our spare bedroom where we've been sleeping since it's too hard for one person to put the sheets on the bed in our bedroom. Hysterical.
3) The weekend. A week living injured has left me exhausted and I think J's pretty wiped out as well.
4) My Father-In-Law who raised three kids that I adore and one that I married. Happy Birthday Pat. Despite your hatred for anything that involves attention being brought to you, and despite the fact that I am pretty sure you still don't really know my, or AJ's names for that matter, we love you and we're so thankful that you were born.
5) A new special member of our family that I will introduce you to tomorrow.
