Trainers and banana

Managed to spend an hour this morning doing the RSPB Garden Bird Watch and then headed off to my body pump class at the gym. I usually get there early so I have time to set up the bench and weights. I couldn't resist taking a quick photo of this pair of trainers acting as a fruit bowl. Some of my fellow body pumpers do the spinning class immediately before and so get everything ready for a speedy start. I'm content just to get through the body pump class!

Back home for lunch and then more question-setting for the upcoming quiz. I'm getting there slowly.
