Mum's Scones

Mum prides herself in her scones. She can make them perfectly without having to weigh anything out anymore! One with tea rounded off today nicely. It was friggin cold outside today and so my hands are all chapped again. I have however made it about half way in my essay woohoo!
Maybe try and finish it tomorrow with fewer distractions then out for dinner to celebrate belatedly my bday!
