Motorgrill, Ballinuig

Ballinuig sits off the A9 between Pitlochry and Dunkeld. It is home to a proper old-school truckers cafe, the Motorgrill.

None of your overpriced motorway service station nonsense here, it's all strictly a big old fried and grilled carb fest, washed down with mugs of tea and free refills.

Ok it's unlikely to win any Michelin Stars, but seeing as it is just up the road, the 'Grill is a handy place to know when you "cannae be ersed" making the Sunday dinner after a Saturday night session.
