Fosters - a long way from home

We spent the morning at Troon South Beach, it was less stressful than watching Andy Murray play at the Australian Open!
I've taken a few photographs today but when I found the can lying in the sand I had to photograph it.I'm sure it didn't travel that far to end up on the beach but it just reminded me of why we left the house this morning and this evenig it reminds me how Andy Murray must be feeling - drained, empty and a little bashed about.
