j.....the skier!

This is J. - a good friend of ours and a good skier! He and Erik were way ahead of the rest of us today!

The boys, myself and our good friends E and F and their kids, all went for a fantastic ski trip. It was 16 km.....and one of the best things about Norway is that way out in the woods....where you wouldnt expect to find anything.....you find cabins that serve coffee and fresh waffles and cake - It is lovely! It was a beautiful day and boys are so good at skiing now that I cant even keep up with them. Although I miss the days when they were small, it is also wonderful being able to do these types of things with them now.

It was just great being outside all day and then we came home made soup and cupcakes....wonderful Sunday. Now Erik and I are watching The Incredible Hulk....every once in a while it would be nice to have girls :)
