Viennese biscuits

Hannah has been busy in the kitchen today making these yummy biscuits. They literally melt in your mouth, although I have to confess that the rich chocolate filling makes them just a little too sweet.

After a heavy frost, we've had a glorious day, and eventually it turned out reasonably warm. We've just walked the dog to the beach, and she has zonked out in her basket. Must be time for tea and a biscuit...
