Culloden Battlefield

Got up early this morning to watch Andy Murray in the final of the Australian Open, then decided I'd catch it on highlights next year to save wasting a long lie. After that I got some stuff in the slow cooker for tonight, then off to Tesco for shopping and lunch.

I'm just back from a walk at Culloden Battlefield. While I was there, I came across this Air Valve, and another Sluice Valve near by. I wonder when these were put down on the site of the Battle, and why? The sun was quite low, giving some good light for pics, but really windy.

Home in time for this afternoon's football. Who am I supporting - I couldn't possibly say, but I hope you're Mum's alright. ;)
