Slight underestimation

What I thought would be a quick pop into Birmingham to get my iphone fixed/replaced turned into something much, much longer when I was told that I would have to wait for 4/5h for the next appointment. I was shattered by the end of the day, spending the best part of 9 hours including the trains. Oh well, at least now I have a shiny new iphone for the next couple of days before I scuff it up again!
