Solar Roof

Went for my brisk walk, went through the village for a change, and saw where they are improving the old farm buildings and makeing a Riding School. This roof must supply nearly all the power for the whole complex, must have cost a fortune, I wonder how long it will take to cover their expenditure?Also why did they miss the last two panels on the bottom right side of the unit?
