THE COLOURS OF TUSCANY

If you want to paint your house in this part of Tuscany you have a choice of white, chrome yellow or oxblood or any combination thereof. The most popular combination is white with a dash of yellow. Cream, but there are many beautiful soft, dusty pinks and primrose yellows and the occasional brash pure chrome yellow. The local wineries all have deep pink buildings, but of course. I have seen two green and one blue house in all my travels. Two must be for historic reasons but one green one is newish. I wonder if somebody influential on the county council lives there?
