Pitch Black

One of the things I've noticed since our time in Australia is how dark it gets at night. Back home you get masses of light pollution and the sky takes on a grim orange hue. Just in case it's not clear this blip is the night sky out of our window, which makes that teeny white dot the moon. We've been following the coast mostly up until now but we've turned inland and we're now in the Snowy Mountains (Jindabyne to be precise). No snow spotted yet though.
