Soda Bread

2011 is the year for me to focus on quality over quantity. I'm not going to take photos of crap about my house, with my iPhone, in order to upload a blip from every day. I feel like a bit of a fraud for doing that, considering the level of so many of my fellow blippers. I'm still going to carry my camera with me, and I'm still going to try and take some nice shots...but I'm not going to stress out about it.

The choices today were going to be one of the eternal optimism of a Dons fan (that is, eternal until the first 5 minutes of the game today), with the flag waving and cheering of the support as the teams trooped out. Unfortunately, they were lacking today, and Celtic were too much, and we got cuffed.

Since that gave me too many bad memories, Anna cheered me up by suggesting a Thai takeaway, and that she was going to make some soda-bread. This is the finished product...and I must say it was flippin' delicious!
