I want it to be Spring

These small little flowers were the only signs of Spring I could find today. It is FREEZING.....I even went to the Supermarket (big mistake on a Saturday) to take a photo of the bunches of flowers for sale. In the end though this photo won as it was the one I took on the freezing street in Muswell Hill.

I am sure they are some sort of Winter flowering Shrub....but I so want it to be warmer and almost Spring.
