These Boots Were Made For Walking
Laura came round this afternoon with her friend from work.
Helen and Meg and Evie came and spent about two and a half hours with us. They came well togged out and we had a long walk around the farm, down the hill, round the bottom track and back via the wood.
That wasnt enough for them we then had to pretend and drive the tractors, swapping around so it was only fair that one didnt have more than the other! They then had great fun breaking all the ice on the puddles. Returned back via the barn with all the wheat in. Such fund was had by all, especially me!
Meg had to take her boots off as they were full of wheat, so this was the blip for today. There were so many pictures that I could have used, but these boots have been so busy today.
After a couple of chocolate biscuits and a cup of tea they have gone back to Ramsey. Not before the old toy box was wheeled through from the spare bedroom. Funny isnt it, doesnt matter how old the toys are, every child loves diving through them and they always find something to play with.
It has made my day, no my week having them all here today.
Love to you all for a great weekend, or what remains of it.
