French Mussels:
This morning I have bought the mussels for tomorrow party. Here is the recipe.
French Mussels:
Scrub and debeard the mussels. Wash them under running water.
Heat butter in a large pot. Saute a shallot and a chopped garlic.
Add white wine and bring it to boil. Add the mussels, cover the pot and steam them for 4-8 mins. Add 2 tb. of cream and fresh parsley o tarragon.
Serve with chips on the side.
