Willow and Uncle Dom

Today is Uncle Dom's birthday. Not my Uncle. Willow's Uncle. My bro-in-law. He's come over for a slap up meal and a few bottles of choice wine. Tonight we're dining on pan seared scallops with chrispy chorizo on pureed peas followed by beef wellington, pomme fondant and spinach and then a rather indulgent chocolate mouse with cinder toffee. All prepped and ready to go. Now I just need to get a bit Keith Floyd and sink some wine before I cook.
