Got up this morning stuck my bike in the car and then found that the car had a puncture. After despairing for twenty minutes I changed the wheel and got the plan back on the go.

I had a wee spill on the way up the hill, but hardly put a foot down after that. We went round most of the black route at GT. There was snow at the top.
