Ice on the car

Patterns of ice on top of the car I borrowed today.

It's a bit extravagant isn't it? A bit unnecessary. Ice is a hazard, a pain. It's not supposed to be beautiful.

It's surely a waste of creative effort, like making every snowflake unique. Who has time to appreciate something like that?
