Drove up north to Corralejo, and ate fabulous tapas (bream in batter, squid, etc.) on a jetty looking towards the humped island of Lobos. There were children on the little beach just below, trying to net sardines (I think) from a shoal that had come in to feed on floating scraps (breadcrumbs and suchlike).
