A little off...

Well, as you can tell, this is no artsy shot. This is just photographic pain.

This morning, I took a tumble down the stairs. I gracefully threw my bowl of cereal at the same time. Poor hubs came to my rescue and cleaned up the milky mess. Oh, and my foot was able to interrupt the fall. Unfortunately, I had to suffer some serious pain for the rest of the day.

I was terrified for a good two minutes that I had broken my foot. And what runs through my head during this time?
What am I going to do if it's broken? I need to write some lesson plans really fast! I better call [my coworker] and have her get my stuff together. Will a sub be able to take over today? It is a tough lesson!

Are you kidding me?! I should have been trying to see if my foot WAS broken (which it wasn't), but instead I was worried about school.

Ridiculous.

Anyways, I walked like a weirdo all day. So I guess you could say, the day started off on the wrong foot...
