As part of the Christian Aid Millennium Development Goals Lecture Series in conjunction with the Centre for Theology and Public Issues at The University of Edinburgh and Glasgow Centre for International Development we have been hosting a series of lectures considering the Millennium Development Goals and how close (or otherwise) we are to meeting them. Tonight the speaker was Dr Philip Cotton, Director of Undergraduate Education in General Practice (University of Glasgow). I know Phil, he's a great guy. And tonight was good too, although some sobering facts, figures and pictures were presented.
